As a young minister and leader, Rev. Dr. Victor Lee often wants to see change immediately. But over time, the Bible College of Malaysia president has begun to understand that in God's world, there is a need for rhythm and temperament. From theological formation to leadership and tomorrow's ministers, all things take time to grow. And so, he is learning the value of patience.
